We get it, you're keen to get your new goodies which is why we offer Express Shipping with the entirety of our orders with both Standard and Free Standard options based upon the value of your order. All the info you need for tracking your order will be emailed to the nominated email address.

Shipping & Delivery

♤ Any items that are in stock we will do our best to process and ship them within 1-2  business days.
♤ Orders will only be shipped on weekdays, (except for public holidays)
♤ If there's any delays don't worry, we'll let you know, however all delivery times provided are estimates only and we aren't responsible for any delays caused by delivery services or international customs clearance processes. 

 

Tracking your Order

As soon as you've received your shipping confirmation email you will be able to track your order by using the tracking number sent to you.  If the tracking link is not available you can copy & paste your tracking number into the search bar in the Australia Post tracking page by following the this link ↓

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

♤ We provide you with FREE standard shipping for orders over $150
 $10 standard shipping available for orders under $150
 $19 express shipping available for all orders. Don't forget to keep an eye on your emails and text messages for tracking info. (Remember to check your spam emails).
If the postie isn't able to deliver for any reason or it is considered unsafe to leave at your address, they may leave a card with an alternate delivery location such as the local Post Office or similar).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All items are express shipped.

$30 AUD flat rate international shipping.

 
You will be contacted via our chosen delivery service for delivery requests.

Customs Charges/International Taxes

Sadly, We don't have control over International taxes and custom charges and you could be required to pay sales tax and or duty/customs charges depending on your location. If you have concerns regarding applicable customs charges to your state or country, we recommend that you contact your local customs office to find out what fees could be relevant to you.
Taxes and customs charges are not the responsibility of Wild Rider and are not included in the total of the order or shipping cost and are not responsible for any additional taxes or charges that may occur during the journey of your order.
